Shipping Policy
- We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.
- Since each outfit is custom-made from scratch according to your measurements, our standard shipping timeline is 10–30 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
- Working days include Monday to Friday only. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in the estimated timeline.
- If you require your outfit for a specific event or occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier or logistics delays
- Unavailability of delivery partners
- Natural calamities or other unforeseen events
In such cases, the delivery timeline may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience. The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or other external factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Since every outfit is custom-made from scratch according to your measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
However, if you receive a product with:
● A manufacturing defect,
● An incorrect item, or
● An error from our end,
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an exchange or provide the appropriate resolution.
Please note:
● Exchange requests will only be accepted for issues caused by our team.
● Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
● Variations in color may occur slightly due to different screen settings and photography lighting and will not be considered a defect.
Order Cancellation
As production begins soon after an order is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
