Shipping Policy

• We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.
• Since each outfit is custom-made from scratch according to your measurements, our standard shipping timeline is 10–30 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
• Working days include Monday to Friday only. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in the estimated timeline.
• If you require your outfit for a specific event or occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Courier or logistics delays
• Unavailability of delivery partners
• Natural calamities or other unforeseen events

In such cases, the delivery timeline may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience. The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or other external factors beyond our control.
